Kate at the Kiosk in the Stone Road Mall is a phenomenal associate. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She kindly helped me with an issue with my screen protector for my Galaxy S7. I HIGHLY recommend her service.

Untrustworthy. Was assured one thing (even after the rep called in to customer care to get further clarification) at the kiosk only to have a surprise fee show up on my next bill.

Went with my friend who was looking for a new phone and a cheep plan. Koodo had the best plan by far out of Rogers, Telus , or Bell. The manager (Sam?) helped us the entire time- very helpful, and friendly.

I visited this location and after waiting 45 minutes to have a rep talk to me, I was told I could not, in-fact, exchange or refund a case I bought the day before. The reasons given: they didn't have any replacement cases they could find (although the computer said they did have some in stock), and if I wanted a refund, I'd get only $5 back of the $35 I spent on the case in the first place. I was told this was because I bought a bundled pack, and upon asking for store credit so I could return later and get a case when they did have stock, that it wasn't an option. I was advised to try to return the case later, as I have 15 days from purchase to do so.
