Our unique geodesic guesthouse is located in northeast Iowa, near Decorah, on seven acres of woods, overlooking the Upper Iowa River valley. It is ideal for a weekend getaway or any family gathering.
The Roundhouse Retreat is a unique geodesic guesthouse. We are approximately 4 miles northeast of Decorah, Iowa on the Bluffton road.
Our guesthouse has 4 bedrooms and a large bedroom loft and can sleep over 20 people.There is a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms and a walk-in sauna.
Outside is a large deck area, with a patio table and lots of chairs. There is a large Weber gas grill. You can explore the woods on of our many walking trails. We are close proximity to the Upper Iowa river and there is Canoe Rental/landing within 2 miles.
The Roundhouse is a great place for a quiet getaway, a family gathering, girls weekend out, time out with the guys, or a get together with old friends.
