The Original Six Car Wash

Great place to get a quick car wash, good (working) holders for car floor mats. Change machine onsite. Vacuums (never used it , but they are there) A little "too little" soap in the "wash" feature, then again, it takes less time to rinse.

It’s a car wash... $3/3 Mins, $3 Minimum. I’m not a fan of the coin operated style of car wash, I’d much rather start a timer and have it calculated and paid at the end. Also, not all of the options worked on the selector, which ate up some of my time. I’m not a fan of the sign they use to advertise “Car wash for 2.65+hst”, who in the world can wash their car in 3 minutes?

I go to this place only because it's close by and my favorite one (bottom of newcastle near the go train) closed down this year. The water pressure at Original Six isn't that high, and there isn't as much soap in the water as newcastle had. As others have stated the changing between options is slow, while the timer keeps going down. Also, i've noticed the clocks tend to run a we bit fast sometimes. I once watched it count down from 90 to 0 while timing it on my phones clock and only 80 seconds went by, so it was shaving 10 seconds per 90. Not cool. Also it's a bit costly, 3 bucks to get it going and only gives you a couple minutes. I used to do my entire car for 2 bucks and 4 minutes at newcastle wash. Miss that place!

Best car wash I've been to. Very clean and has heated docks for the winter.
