Popular Car Wash & Detailing

I was surprised to see people review their business practice poorly but after careful consideration I could see their employees lying when it comes to stealing and damaging vehicles. Many times I've been here for a car wash and have taken my car in for an oil change. Oil changes are quick, and sure do hope they use the oil you pay for. Secondly good prices for tires where they even offer tire storage. Once my car was returned to me after an oil change though and I could smell the odour of the mechanic on my seat and visibly saw my steering wheel with dirty handprints. But whatever just a quick shampoo and wipe off. They are friendly - just depends whose in that day. As for detailing vehicles they seem to be okay not in par with a professional standard from dealers. If your standard for a car detail is high then this isn't your place. The car wash bay itself could use cleaning. Sometimes the person who inputs what you purchased will give you a basic wash as opposed to the higher level you've paid for. Overall just give it a try, maybe your experience is better than others. Do expect a line up in a sunny day. The lady in the cashier booth does seem to have an attitude. A smile can go a long way for customer service. Perhaps it's just customer service they need to work on.

*** What would be the point in reporting? No one will confess to stealing money. It is not a secret compartment. It is a factory installed glove box under the seat. Your generic responses do not mitigate petty theft. The point of this review is to inform customers to remove their belongings before entering your place of business. Thiefs. I brought my brothers car in for a quick in and out car wash not knowing there was money in a compartment under the seat. The $30 service ended up costing me $130. Thanks popular car wash

I have been coming here for a year and I love it! The wash is great quality, I think its very clean and gentle for a touch wash (a spray nossle can only do so much). I personally buy the monthly basic wash pass which let you use it once a day. I don't use it that much but around 3 times a week I'll stop in when I'm in the area and it's still a bargain. There is hardly ever a long wait like as gas station after big storms. They have free vacuums and lots of them to use. I also sometime spend the extra $3-$5 when I want the Rim Lover or Lava Shine on top of my pass. The people are great. I also use their lube service. Nothing but good things to say about this small business. I wish them much success!

I got a gift card from my mother for this car wash. It is far for me to come in but I thought let's try them. After the service done I was happy I did came here to get my car clean. I tried so many places in last few years but never happy. These guys take there time to get the right job done. I'm happy and satisfied and I paid $20 tips to the guys. Highly recommend and I ll see you guys on regular bases thanks to my mom again for such a nice gift.

Stay away from this place. The owners of this car wash do deserve your business. I tried to use one of their on-line DISCOUNT COUPON and they would not accept it. Instead of explaining why, they instead started to swear at me. Please spread the word about this behavior along with their unfair business practices and give your business to someone who deserves it. They should not be in business! YOUR RESPONSE DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. YOU HAVE MANUFACTURED A STORY TO DEFLECT THE TRUTH. MY COMPLAINT HAS TO DO WITH A DISCOUNT COUPON....NOT A MONTHLY PASS. SO, QUIT CONSTRUCTING A FALSE ARGUMENT. THE ONLY CHEAT HERE IS YOU!!!!! TO BE CLEAR I DO NOT HAVE A MONTHLY PASS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ONE.......GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. LEARN HOW TO RUN AN HONEST BUSINESS AS IT SEEMS YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH A LOT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT I HAVE ALSO FILED A WRITTEN COMPLAINT WITH THE 'COMPETITION BUREAU' WITH REGARDS TO YOUR MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
