Amazing!!! Every time I have come in for an oil change or to have a noise checked, Don has gone the extra mile to ensure I am looked after. He takes the time to ensure I understand how a problem has occurred with the engine or a tire, pipe, etc , and I'm provided with repair options or when a potential problem could occur to watch for it and they provide me with anticipated costs I would have to consider, so I am prepared for future repairs. This is a repair shop that I can come to and not be price gouged, while receiving fast, courteous and loyal service. I also love the service that Faith provides at the payment booth. Thank you also to the rest of the mechanics; Darcy, Jeff and Heather for all the little extras you do to help me understand potential issues and taking care of my oil changes so quickly. It is nice to have a place I can go to that I can depend on, feel at home and feel I am looked after. Great work guys!!!

Worst experience of customer service in my life. I brought my cat in for an oil change, something I didn’t even know could be screwed up this bad, and had my car overfilled with oil which cause damage to my car. After taking pictures and having them drain over a litre of oil to get it too normal level they still would not give back any of my money. I contacted the manager and he was the worst of all and became very aggressive towards me right when I requested a refund. He yelled and swore at me then hung up and did not answer the phone again. Very shady business and I would never go back in my life. The business shows up as a me. Lube in google maps but when you arrive it is a shady oil change and car wash place. The way I was treated after having the service I paid for done wrong was so unprofessional and I am just glad I don’t have to deal with this company again. Save your car now and do not go to this establishment!

I always come here for my oil changes. Also got detailing done and was happy with Avey's job. He really cleaned the car well so I'll definitely come here again for detailing as well

Quick and friendly service. They don't try to up-sell you on everything, which I really appreciate. Oil change shop is co-located with a car wash.

Honestly I would not recommend this service to anyone, one of the worst staff and customer service I have ever experienced at first they mixed up my appointment time twice for rust proofing and once they completed the rust proofing I presented them with the online $10 off coupon the cashier refused to accept it and kept insisting I had to pay the full amount or to get a new invoice from the mechanic and that i was supposed to present the coupon in the beginning of the appointment, I was not aware of this rule because it was my first time coming here and usually if I'm not mistaken coupons are presented before paying. When I went back to the mechanic to get a new invoice with the $10 off coupon discount they refused and kept saying I could not use it and that I had to pay regular price of $150 which is the most I had to pay so far for rust proofing, to be honest I think the mechanic were just lazy and I felt as if they were mocking me because they kept telling me to use the coupon for my other car but I told them I don't have another car but they said they couldn't do anything about it. At the end I decided to pay the full amount because there was no point in arguing and then when I asked the cashier if I could use my free car wash another day because I did get my car shampoo the day before and that it didn't need a wash at the moment, even that was refused and they told me either I used it at that moment or i would loose it. I would never go back here again ever again, I think krown or Canadian tire have better service and prices. (I had to post it on this page due to the fact I didn’t not receive any feedback from the management on the other page and it’s been more than 3 months).
