Kipling Kar Wash Ltd

They did an awesome job! Car looks amazing, they washed the outside too even though I only asked for detailing on the interior, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would definitely go back.

Total disaster. Have had issues getting wax service as part of full car wash experience. Usually takes 2 passes through to get things working. Today asked ticket writer if waxes, including triple wax was working. I was assured it was. No lights, no wax when vehicle passed application area. Asked to go again as I really want the wax. Ran it through again, no wax applied. Told obnoxious clerk. He offered up a $5.00 discount. Didn’t really want discount, not that it was a discount without wax service. I asked if the system was ever going to work. He got very upset, told me he has problems every time I go. I suspect I’m the only one that recognizes when the wax is not applied and complains. He would be happy to collect money, not supply service and continue with his computer games. Quality of job poor, inside and out. Total rip off. $5.00 job for $23.00, ridiculous.

Got a groupon for their sister location called Clean Max Car wash at 2141 Dundas Street East. Was not told that the car was going to be detailed at Kipling car wash. The car was cleaned well enough, but they used cheap products, and now our car leather interior and dash is shiny and greasy and not at all nice to touch. We will have to spend time wiping and buffing the interior leather. For an $80 groupon it's ok.

Wow....that's all i can say and that's not a good thing... Talk about rude and LAZY. With so much competition and online reviews you'd think they would try...just a bit.. and that customer service would be more of a priority. I'd like to say 1/2 ass job but it was not even that. Such a horrible job...the sad thing is i had a gift certificate and i have another one...and I'm not going back. I'll sell it for 2 bucks cause that's all it's worth. You can tell they don't care because they do not even bother to respond to their online reviews. A squirrel could have done a better job! PS i want my tip back.

I arrive at the car wash and do what I usually do. I remove all the items from the floor and the seats. I put my brand new phone charging cord in the glove box. At the end of the wash I get in my car and drive just outside the car wash open the glove box to put phone charger in the USB port and it is gone. I went back immediately and no one of course admitted they had taken it and I was told I was going to have to produce a receipt. NEVER use this place to get your car wash.
