Olivewood Auto Detailing

We made a last minute appointment and showed up in the morning. They are rough around the edges socially and just want to get right down to business. It’s a no frills place who did an amazing job on the car at a great rate compared to others, our kids and winter had destroyed the interior with everything you could imagine. I felt embarrassed to drop off the car that way, he didn’t even flinch, he just asked if I had dogs, I said no. I’ve had my car detailed several times by other companies and this was by far the best job. I’ll be back with my other vehicles and will spread the word. They deserve it.

Awesome place. Went the extra mile. My car shines so much it blinds you. The interior smells like new. They will be a regular event for me. And well priced too. Only draw back is that they are so good that sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment. Call ahead to book and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely awful customer service!! I spoke with these guys on the phone, twice before going to their shop for my scheduled appointment. Once there, it was clear that no-one had relayed that I had a scheduled appointment for Nov 17, 2017 at 10:00 am. The only employee on site asked to see my car, after not responding to me introducing myself, so let’s just call him face piercing, after looking inside the truck I was told they don’t clean cars for dog owners. I believe that was just an excuse to avoid having to do the work when the employee wasn’t told I was coming in. Since I was already appalled by this guy’s attitude I said “fine I’ll go somewhere else” and then added a suggestion that since 50% of households are dog owners they might want to mention that policy on the phone. The response I got was a dismissive bunch of mumbling while the guy literally walked away from a paying customer with a scheduled appointment. I can’t believe these guys manage to keep the doors open. I would strongly advise you send your money somewhere else.
