Rust Proofing Corrosion Free Zone - Etobicoke

Honestly I would not recommend this service to anyone, one of the worst staff and customer service I have ever experienced at first they mixed up my appointment time twice for rust proofing and once they completed the rust proofing I presented them with the online $10 off coupon the cashier refused to accept it and kept insisting I had to pay the full amount or to get a new invoice from the mechanic and that i was supposed to present the coupon in the beginning of the appointment, I was not aware of this rule because it was my first time coming here and usually if I'm not mistaken coupons are presented before paying. When I went back to the mechanic to get a new invoice with the $10 off coupon discount they refused and kept saying I could not use it and that I had to pay regular price of $150 which is the most I had to pay so far for rust proofing, to be honest I think the mechanic were just lazy and I felt as if they were mocking me because they kept telling me to use the coupon for my other car but I told them I don't have another car but they said they couldn't do anything about it. At the end I decided to pay the full amount because there was no point in arguing and then when I asked the cashier if I could use my free car wash another day because I did get my car shampoo the day before and that it didn't need a wash at the moment, even that was refused and they told me either I used it at that moment or i would loose it. I would never go back here again ever again, I think krown or Canadian tire have better service and prices.

I found the staff friendly and attentive to my concerns. I could see the work being done while I waited through a window. It was a good experience and I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very quick service. Went on time, finished on time to do a rust proofing for my SUV. The price is lower than other places.
