When you call them you get a real person and she's very nice and helpful. This is very refreshing compared to getting connected to a machine. The guy running the show, the son Chris who's the manager now. He really listened to my concerns and catered a solution to fit my needs. Every effort was taken to avoid unnecessary expenses to me. I didn't get this with other companies that tried to sell me a standard solution. In which case I would have had to remove my existing system. Astro Guard kept the existing system which covered over 20 entry points and compliment and upgraded where they could. I was very happy with my decision to contact Astro Guard and even more so with their service, which is at a very personal level. Face to face, very friendly and always ready to help.
