Mt Adams Lodge at the Flying L Ranch

Have enjoyed the Flying L over past 25 years for family reunions, group cycling adventures, winter retreats and as a base for climbing, hiking and XC skiing. The rich history of this wonderfully rustic treasure combined with the perfectly remote and scenic setting has always facilitated the most memorable experiences. Can't say enough about the accommodating staff and warm feelings this place generates. It's not a fancy resort and thank goodness for that because the mythos of the Flying L is really about truly getting away from it all.

We visited the lodge for a wedding. The view was nice, and there was lots of room for everyone. The private cabins looked nice from the outside, but we didn't get a chance to see inside. The only negative things I saw was the floor in the main lodge needed some repairs (there was a hole in the floor!) and the WIFI was only accessible if you were standing/sitting on the bench next to the office. Overall though, it was really pretty. I'm sure that view would've been amazing if it wasn't obstructed by all the smoke from wild fires in the area.

Rustic historic venue with an amazing view ! Beautiful cabins on its own piece of paradise tucked into the woods with a an authentic feel . Great for group events with plenty of room to host all sorts of activities . If you want to disappear from the world for a little while this is an amazing place to do it !

Don't believe the website. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was not good, and the beds have seen better days.

It is I a beautiful area. The people are friendly but it is old.
