Shilo Inns

Shilo inn is a very nice relaxing n quiet place. .people there are very friendly . The rooms are clean an love the balcony where sit an watch the water fountain have a coffee take pictures which I have. I let people know about this place they would like to stay its always feeling up with customers. Internet good. Food good there have a Bar there ..brand new restaurant just put in. Wonderful atmosphere place

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. The worst place I have ever stayed. We opened the door to the room and the smell of pet feces overwhelmed us. Dark stains all over the carpet and by the smell I am sure it was animal poop. I wanted to get my money back and find another place. Instead I bought some Frebeeze and sprayed the carpet as much as I could. It was like spending the night in a litter box. I wouldn't take my shoes off because I did not want to step on the disgusting carpet. Place was dirty and needs updated. I will never ever stay in a Shilo Inn again.

Hotel needs a major renovation. The mattress is very uncomfortable. WiFi is unreliable and inconsistent at best. Ripped carpets, creaky floors... thank goodness we we're on the second floor. The people below us should have been furious. The only good thing about this property is the restaurant. Food is great as well as the view and the staff very friendly. Could use a major renovation too.

Conveniently located near food and fuel. The place is pretty run down though. It was clean enough so it looked like the staff were doing the best they could with what they had. Desk staff were friendly and efficient.

This is just about the best hotel in The Dalles!! Very high quality. The rooms are very luxurious, the restaurant has a delicious selection of some really amazing dishes, and the staff are some of the nicest and friendliest Hotel workers I've ever came across at any other Hotel I've ever been to. Best place around, hands down.
