Have stayed at The Lionstone Inn & Cottages off and on over the past several years.Both the rooms & cottages are consistently clean and property well-maintained. The staff are as friendly and helpful as the owners, Dennis & Preston themselves. The property has recently had many upgrades and grounds well-groomed. A convenient location and great value-for-dollar. In general, a very well-run operation!!

I was at the Lionstone Inn, for four night. The staff was very friendly, Denis and Preston the owners went out of their way to make sure that my stay was a good and memorable one. The property is quaint and very clean. I would recumbent that anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay while in Pictou stay there with them.

Stayed at the Lionstone Inn on Saturday September 2 2017.  The room we stayed in was excellent, very clean good Internet service and the owners keep everything looking great.  The customer service was excellent everyone was so pleasant and helpful, would recommend this place to everyone..

Very great service! Original review was actually an accident and it posted for some reason! Management and staff there are very nice and pleasant to deal with!

Room was clean and warm . Had a small eat-in kitchenette.. only a few minutes away from a grocery and liquor store .also a Tim Hortons .
