This is definitely one of the nicer hotels I‘ve been to! The rooms are clean and large, with lots of accommodations. The hot breakfast is delicious with lots of options. And the service is good, the staff are very kind.nnHowever, I am very disappointed by the start. We reserved a room online and it said we could check in at 2:00PM. So, we did. However, the front desk said check in was 3:00PM. They gave us no choice but to wait. That‘s ridiculous! We were tired from the long drive, and timed it perfectly to make it at 2. However, they didn‘t let us in early or offer us anything to make up for it. I am very disappointed because the service was very good besides this. If you‘re coming here, make sure ahead of time the check in and check out time is right!!!
It was not a pleasant experience. We booked a room for 5 guests and paid an additional $40 $10 per extra occupant to ensure the room would be properly prepared. However, the room we were assigned barely had space for 3 people, which was disappointing. The hotel staff forgot to provide the extra bed and towels for the additional guests, though they were eventually delivered upon request. Given the extra fee we paid, I expected the room to be adequately prepared ahead of time.nnWhen I asked the reception staff for assistance in setting up the room, they advised me to move furniture around myself to accommodate the extra bed. The staff mentioned that this issue occurs regularly, but I believe it should not be the guest’s responsibility to rearrange the room. Rooms should be fully prepared for the number of guests before check-in.nnThe breakfast staff did not appear very welcoming, which made the experience feel less comfortable. Additionally, there was a safety concern in the breakfast area: the mini-fridge holding the yogurt was poorly arranged and almost fell on me. I had to secure the fridge myself, but the staff did not respond when I brought it to their attention, which was concerning.nnOn the morning of check-out, I returned my room access keys to the receptionist, but she did not acknowledge that the check-out process was complete. She was focused on her computer and did not offer any verbal confirmation. I had to ask if everything was in order before I could leave, which created a less-than-pleasant end to my stay.nnWhile I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, I hope this feedback helps to identify areas for improvement, especially in room preparation, staff responsiveness, and safety.
It was definitely comfortable but for the price I would have expected better breakfast service and more than 3 tables.
Nice convenient spot for our unexpected stay. Room was well appointed, clean. The hot breakfast was lovely the next morning.
Awesome place to stay very friendly! Great service will definitely be back and definitely recommend.
