The Keg Steakhouse & Bar

Always a great experience at the Keg. First time at this location. We were a large group of 12. Great service and everyone enjoyed the food.

Actually, this was the best Keg experience I’ve ever had.nnMy medium rare Chicago style Rib Steak was exceptional and the service was amazing.nnShout out to our server Kate, who was training Nathan, they were both amazing and made the experience even better.

The Keg at Waterdown is exceptional of its customer services. Stacy was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent. The sirloin steak was cooked as requested. The Lobsters were at the dry side but still delicious. The twice baked potatoes are delicious. The bread is so fresh and served steaming hot.. I actually asked for a second serving! The caramel ice cream pie Billy Miner Pie was the best finale. Great experience!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner planned for my husband’s 40th. We ordered the filet for myself, and my husband ordered the filet and added a lobster tail. The food came out sitting in a bath of bloody liquid, and staff was accommodating to rectify it. The lobster tail was extremely small, and dry, the shell crumbled on his plate. Shell pieces were everywhere. My sides got reduced once they took it back to change up the bloody plates as you can see in the picture. Mine on the left. We would personally never order a lobster tail from here again. Besides that, the meal was fantastic. Service wasn’t top notch and we waited a long time to be served, and we were never offered our drinks to be refilled for the rest of the evening.nOverall the food was delicious and atmosphere was spot on.

Our time at The Keg Steakhouse was worthwhile. Our waitress Caileigh was very kind, attentive and quick. The food was phenomenal. I had the New York Sirloin and for dessert I preserved the Billy Miner Pie. Very delicious and tasty food.nWill definitely come back once I am in the area.
