Came here with a group. There are tons of options on the menu and they are all pretty filling, which does leave you a bit tired and sluggish afterwards

I came into this location tonight to enjoy the playoffs with some friends, and our server Olivia R was such a gem. Very polite, kind, considerate and made sure we knew of all the best drink and food deals. Her service and attentiveness was top notch! Her positive attitude and warmth really made our night. Thanks so much we will definitely be visiting again!

Came here with my family last night Sunday they were short staffed, but it took ten minutes to be seated, another ten minutes before the server would take our orders. The drinks showed up barely before the food did, manager seemed more hectic than welcoming at the door. They were short staffed so all that can be excused.... However I had to change my baby son's diaper. I got into the bathroom and the change table had garbage, and the toilet paper dispenser on it. After wiping all of that onto the floor I realized the table itself was filthy.. so I had to clean it with a baby wipe... The change table should be added to the bathroom checks if they aren't already.nnBut the real kicker was their sign on the door saying they closed at nine. I loaded my family into the car and wanted to go back inside to go to the bathroom. But at 8:40 the doors were locked. Why post a holiday time if you aren't going to follow it?nnFood tasted great, unfortunately it was over shadowed.

I have been coming here since it opened, this is not the same great place it once was. I went in a couple weeks ago, on a Saturday just after noon and I could not find a clean spot at the bar. Not one customer in the bar area, just the bartender and yet the bar itself was filthy. Since it was just an hour after they opened I found it bad that the bar area was so dirty and the staff just standing there. Maybe they did not clean up from the night before? Sadly a lot of the girls that made this a great bar are gone and it shows. Oh and the bartender had no idea how to change the tv channels.

My family and I have been going to this location since it’s open. I always held that Boston Pizza delivered consistent food which it still does and good service, but after the last few visits I will not go to this location any longer. Servers are consistently slow, inattentive and poorly trained. They seldom check in to see if anything is needed and do not seem to care at all about the patrons. On this last occasion our drink order took 30 minutes, so long the waitress actually forgot what we ordered. The table next to us had to actually flag her down. After this I had to go up to the bar on every occasion to ask for what we needed as if this was not a server establishment. The manager even apologized at the end but instead of taking the 50% off she had originally stated she would she instead took off a salad and told us since we had a gift card that was all she could do. The problem at this location starts with the poor management!nnThe food is still great but if you expect good attentive service this is no longer the place to come.
