The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

Busy time but good service. We had Dave serving our table and it was wonderful! We asked for advice on pairing wine and Dave gave really good suggestion! The food were fantastic and the wine was spot on! The place was small but cozy, very nice for family and friends gathering ! The prices was reasonable and everything else was nice as well! Worth coming again!

The keg is an amazing place. It's hard to go wrong with their amazing food and appetizers. The staff is friendly and professional. The steak is cooked perfectly to your liking. I've never had a bad experience here. You need to try this Keg.Food: 5/5

Went here for dine out Vancouver. It was a great price for three courses, and each one was delicious as always. The Caesar salad is one of my favorites as it is always perfectly dressed. The steak was medium rare as it was ordered. The one disappointment was the brussel sprouts that came with the salmon- it says they should be roasted and that is always how the dish has been in the past, but these ones seemed boiled. The waiter brought some maple butter for the brussel sprouts though which made them tasty. Travis was our server and he was excellent and gave us great service.

We went here for our Wedding anniversary and Valentines. It would be 5 stars for your welcoming. We ordered steak and 2 lobster tails dinner. We ordered medium rare of steak but it came out with rare, but it was ok cuz my husband can eat rare too. The lobster tails i think it was over cooked so it was dried, i didn’t feel lobster juicy and sweet. I want to thank David A for excellent service. Hope you have a better day than that day

Our meal was spectacular, the appetizers were delectable. We enjoyed the garlic shrimp, the bacon wrapped scallops, French onion soup and Caesar salad. These classic dishes were cooked and prepared to perfection. We ordered the 10oz filet wrapped in bacon, let me tell you something.... The sear on these steaks and the flavour were divine. We added a lobster tail, with béarnaise sauce. This meal reminded us of the original Keg and Cleaver overlooking the horses. The service was top notch, the personable manager Farrah was delightful. It was an experience that we will will remember for a very long time. Thank you for such a lovely time. We will definitely be returning. David & Dorothea

The Keg in the Country,.. what an Amazing place, the atmosphere and staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming, Farrah, Chief, and their team of professional people do a spectacular job at ensuring your evening is the best it can be. Get the limited time crab spinach dip! Soo good. We also got the baked brie. Service was great as usual. Steak is always good, especially the prime rib. Don't forget the billy miner pie to finish it all off!

We went for my son's bday dinner. Dylan MC according to receipt was our server. He was amazing, super personable, funny and never left us waiting. The food was excellent and as expected! We ordered 10 oz prime rib and kids steak w/ fries.

Wasn't satisfied with service.. foodwise was ok.. order medium rare for New York steak come with medium well. And my partner order medium well stake come out as look like rare... four of us bill came out over 300.. but none of the things were match with price... better go japanese BBQ place Gyukaku instead.Food: 3/5

Food was okay, service was mediocre at best. It seems the quality of food and experience at The Keg is declining and heading more towards a very causal dining experience similar to what I’d expect at a Denny’s or Boston Pizza. My bf ordered a medium rare steak, and I ordered a medium. We both got what the other asked for. The beets and beans didn’t taste like they were seasoned, garlic mash was very bland. We were hungry so didn’t bother asking to have it done again. Our server, Emma. S, was not very personable and was definitely lacking in the etiquette department. Did not offer us water refills until my boyfriends mom asked at the end of our dinner. When placing my appetizer on the table reached right in front of my boyfriends mom, who was eating her appy, without the usual “excuse my reach” to signal to her that a hot plate was incoming. Did not ask if we wanted change, assumed that the remainder was her tip said thanks and left. It’s not what I’ve ever experienced at the other Keg locations where the staff exude a high level of professionalism which, in my opinion, contributes to having a higher end experience. For the price point I expect way more from my dining experience.
