I felt like I was somehow being transported New York or the set of blade runner. The cocktail selection is above most palates and the care and detail put into the drinks by the tenders world class. If you want to impress your friends,lover, business associate etc..... Bring them to the Keefer. The wait staff are fun and knowledgeable. Love the Keefer

Best cocktails in the city! One of my favorite places to go, specially if your on a date. Great ambience and music. Snacks are tasty and drinks are even tastier. These bartenders are extremely talented, always excited to return and see what they come up with next.

The place is nice and drinks are good. But the service was the worst I have ever had in my life. People who were sitting next to us did not like the service either. For the whole evening, the guy who served us was extremely disrespectful and rude. When we tried to talk to the manager she did not show any empathy and interest in what we were saying. She just gave us her business card and told to send her an email. My friend emailed her and never heard anything back.

Horrific service at this "top-rated" Vancouver bar. Staff is quite rude and unorganized. Drinks are okay but hard to enjoy since the service is so bad. We called ahead of time for availablity and someone over the phone encouraged us to come and told us that they would serve us drinks as we wait. When we got there, they told us that they could only serve a limited number of people on the patio and that we had to wait. After waiting for 20 minutes (outside by the way) we noticed a sign that said that there was a maximum of 12 people allowed on the patio. We counted the number of people on the patio and there was 8 people there the entire time.

The Keefer has a nice ambiance, friendly staff, and some of the tastiest cocktails in the city. My biggest complaint would be the weird payment system. Cash and credit cards are accepted, but debit cards (including debit Visa and debit Mastercard) are not. Suggestion: How about informing guests of the available payment options BEFORE taking their orders?
