Amazing friendly service, all I went in for was a watch pin replacement and Frank made sure the pin will never have to be replaced again! Great quality and lots of parking.

Frank's passion for jewellery repair and creation becomes very obvious as you interact with him, he's very professional and personal. Hi highly recommend him he's an expert in his field with over 20 years of experience and miles of personality.

Got a jump ring put on a coin today and Frank was very professional, accommodating, and did a wonderful job. I appreciated that he shined the coin up all nice and put it in a cute little gift box. I'm looking forward to giving it as a gift.

I have visited twice for watch battery  replacements and would recommend the Karat Patch to anyone.  The service is great and the price is even better.

Frank's experience and many years in the business shows in his meticulous work plus he has great ideas and options for custom designs.
