We came to the clown convention this year and love to stay at 1620! The atmosphere is so welcoming and Dan and Thomas at the front desk were so exceptional and accommodating to our every need! They were so pleasant to work with and we loved being greeted by their friendly faces! Highly recommend this hotel for their great staff and family fun atmosphere!
Rented a room for New Years Eve for the kids to enjoy the pool amenities.nPool manager Arianna was amazing, the area was always clean she also enforced the rules of the pool and splash pad to keep everyone safe as a parent that is so appreciated.nRooms could have been cleaner but staff at the desk also super helpful. Absolutely will visit again
The bathroom had no working ventilation and you could see mold and dirt build up in the ceiling vent, outlets in the bathroom not flush with the wall, fridge was barely cold, mattress extremely uncomfortable. Conditioner pump was empty.nnThe splash pad has chipped paint everywhere on the floor. If they are going to charge what they charge they need a major renovation. There was trash left at tables at the pool from previous people . No hand soap in bathroom near pool, no hand sanitizer at the gym.nnI was charged 20 dollars for showing up an hour early when my family showed up 4 hours early and was not charged.nnI needed a microwave which was near the bar and it was very old and very dirty.nnThe pool was nice and kids liked the water slide but we will not stay again.
To begin. I'm that person that brings cleaning wipes/sprays with me for hotel visits and I will wipe down all surfaces always even if sparkling to start.nWith that said... I'm super disappointed in the room we received to stay in tonight.nSticky spots on the bureau/ fridge/drawer area. Inside the fridge wasn't properly cleaned. That's a continuing theme throughout the room. Nothing properly cleaned. The floors and walls, and bathroom.
Hotel 1620 hosted our wedding party and room block for our August 2024 wedding and we couldn’t say enough great things about how amazing they were to work with!nnKaren, the Sales Manager was very attentive throughout the booking process. She added rooms to our block very quickly and accommodated all of our requests. Tom, the General Manager was also fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect during our weekend stay, for us as well as our guests. Both staff members were incredibly pleasant and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received!nnThe hotel has great views in Plymouth, a fantastic pool and hot tub, and spacious rooms for wedding parties! If you are getting married in the Plymouth area, look no further than this hotel for your party and guests!
