Bradford Inn & Suites

This place was convenient for staying in the waterfront area. The rooms are worn out, the furnishings tired and the exterior is a bit rundown. BUT, if you want some place on the Plymouth Waterfront, this is just about all there is.

Plenty of other places to stay !!!!!! READ OTHER REVIEWS!!!! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS !!!! Do not stay here. E.v.e.r. !!!!! This place is not safe !!!!!! In fact, it’s downright scary. Any place is better than the Bradford Inn. I’m not sure what bunch of scam artists are running this establishment but, what a joke. Too bad the joke is on the paying Customer. For starters, this hotel is a housing facility for Sec 8 living !!! Despite having a completely vacant parking lot, the place was filled. The people above me did not stop walking laps in their room. All day and all night I could hear them pacing. Other people are hanging out in the hallways: smoking weed, cigarettes, drinking beers, shouting and staring down the hotel goers. They are very threatening. Let me be clear. I was there in March, this was no holiday weekend/4th of July/college party time. The “residents” were smoking crack in the room next to me. I was sitting in the parking lot able to look in to their hotel room (the door was wide open ) and the crack heads were unscrewing the fire alarms in their room !!! I felt like I was being watched each time I walked in and out my room. The room was dirty, beds were disgusting, the TV did not work, the refrigerator did not work, there IS NO FREE INTERNET (like the hotel claims) there is no continental breakfast (as they claim) there are no employees at the front desk... for emergencies mamagment left a paper on the lobby door with a few numbers to call.... big shocker.... no one answers thoes numbers either!!! The hotel room barley had hot water, I would say the water is luke warm; at best!!! Only ONE working electrical outlet that is located in the bathroom. How convenient, since I was there partly for business. Oh ! The “fitness room” another laughing joke on us. The fitness area is the size of a Janitors broom closet, it Reeked of cigarette smoke and three huge machines were crammed into this space. The tv did not work, and it was hard to breath. Only two out of three machines worked. I only was able to tolerate two nights here. I was so freaked out by the amount of ppl walking past my door from about 1230 ish to about 2 am, I left in the middle of the night. I took an Uber and LEFT. I was scared, freezing, bored, pissed off and DONE. After I left, I spoke to the an employee and they REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. She was RUDE, ghetto and she probably lives at the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Okay inn. Not a lot of parking and the room wasn't amazing but it's in a good location if you're going to a wedding in Plymouth.

Dirty rooms with hairy blankets. Didn't even stay the second night and they said they'd issue a refund. It's been over 3 months and still no refund. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a dependable room!
