Very disappointed with my recent experience at Home Depot. I purchased a dishwasher expecting it to arrive in brand-new condition, but the unit that was delivered was full of scratches. It clearly did not look new.nnWhen I contacted the store about returning or replacing it, the situation became even more frustrating. I was told that the installation fee I had already paid would not be refunded. On top of that, they refused to honor the original purchase price and instead wanted me to pay a higher price for the replacement unit.nnTo make matters worse, the manager was rude during the conversation and showed no willingness to help resolve the issue. When I mentioned that I may need to take legal action if this isn’t resolved fairly, the conversation was abruptly ended.nnThis whole experience has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I should not have to lose my installation fee or pay more money because a damaged product was delivered. I expected much better customer service and accountability

He went above and beyond helping me pick out lumber and trim from the top shelves — the kind of help most people wouldn’t offer without hesitation.nnNot only did Dave stay over an hour past the end of his shift, he did it with a genuine smile and absolutely insisted on staying late to make sure I had everything I needed. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a huge difference in my project, and it’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work.nnDave is a true asset to the store, and I can’t thank him enough for the exceptional service.

As with any hardware store, hit or miss on in stock items, and knowledge of staff but overall great experiences. Customer service has been great, even when ordering online. For example a vanity I ordered was delivered late by a few days and they provided me with store credit for the inconvenience.nnHighly recommend downloading their app and selecting your local store. The app is great for locating items in store and checking stock between different locations.

If you wondered around the store long enough you could find there clearance section, but most items are just left on the shelf throughout the store that are on clearance. Great staff very friendly very helpful. They’re two rental section is excellent. Lots of equipment in there to rent. I rented a post hole driver. It worked very well. The ground wasn’t too hard yet, but it was pleased.

Had an online order, simple order 6 paper towel rolls that my partner ordered. When I went to pick them up they were not ready after an hour since ordering. 4 people working the customer service desk, they didn’t even offer to go get it they just told me to go get them. I wouldn’t recommend using them for online ordering if this is the service we are going to expect. I should’ve applied for a job while I was there because they didnt do a thing!
