Five stars for Jack, in the seasonal / nursery department.nI needed help to purchase and load 16 large shrubs yesterday April 12, 2025 . The customer service counter called Jack and he was just a wonderful help. Young guy with great personality and helpful attitude, I predict he will go far.nnAs always, the Dartmouth Home Depot wins big.nThe manager of this store is exceptional and I have not had less than a perfect shopping experience in 4 years. It's truly my go-to store for everything.nGood management is always at the heart of things;nIt's an exceptionally well-run store.

Had a bad day and punched my wall and got a hole in it, but came here what to do now . This amazing employees helped me a lot and taught me what to do . Appreciated service. Especially Dave or David very nice guy ,helped me a lot thank you

I am very disappointed, I purchased a hot water tank and online it says that there is extended warranty and a gentleman at this homedepo tried to help me as he seen it as well I was in the store for over 3 hours… I had to leave to go do an errand and when I got back it was ohhh sorry no warranty. Like what is says online you have it so went home called they had to check it out and nope not going to give the warranty like they offer through Allstate to top it off when I got home got the tank installed and the top element was leaking had to go purchase one and replace it on the first day… I’m furious

Walk in and huge, and ask a staff member Where Open Drain was for opening your sink drains she took me to exact spot and put 2 on my walker when to cashier and before I got to the cashier she came to me took the 2 jugs rung them in. Her name is Hanna. I ask her about her work boots she told me where and the price so knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant Thank You

Went in to buy a stove. Found one we liked. Waited 10 minutes, No one working in Appliances. Asked a Home Depot employee to get someone to help. Waited another 10 minutes. Search google while waiting and found the exact same product at Best Buy. Walked into Best Buy. Was greeted and taken care of immediately. They matched the price and did free delivery and free pick up of old stove. Way to go Best Buy!nHome Depot not so much.
