Wow. Things have gone downhill when it comes to customer service. But let me be clear, all the customer service people I met there were very friendly and tried to be helpful. BUT many had competing pieces of information that turned a simple futon purchase into a month ordeal with me ending up having no futon. Trip 1 - Saw a great, white futon that I loved. The person at the ordering counter said they had none in and couldn't sell the floor model (store policy). She said the next time they will get it was four weeks from now. But she didn't check anything on the computer so I was a bit distrustful. A friend was with me and heard the same thing I did, four weeks at the earliest. Trip 2 - Came back just to check cause my gut said that first customer service person might be wrong. They were. Cause the next one I found checked the computer, didn't see any but said that no one knows when shipments come in. So it could be four weeks, or three days from now so I should call ahead. Trip 3 - I was in the neighborhood and wanted to check. It was the time they should get this thing I learned is called a 'load report' which tells them what is coming in. Keep in mind the entire time I'm saying 'white futon' with the model name and whatnot. Phone call - I called them the morning they should have the load report and they put me over to a very nice person, Donald, in the warehouse who checked. None of them were in....But Donald, who seemed to be the only one who could truly discover any information, gave me bad news: the white ones weren't coming, just the grey ones. And there is a wait list of eight people. I asked him about this wait list I haven't heard of before and he was surprised no one suggested I go on it. At this point 2-3 weeks has gone by and I don't have a couch so I can't be put on the wait list and wait another four weeks. Conclusion: There stuff is cheap but also great quality, especially for what you pay for. If the item is in the store, you're good to go. I wrestled with giving a 3/5 or a 2/5 because the items are good and you should always pop in. But when IKEA starts up in November, that will bury this store most likely. The customer service again is very nice, but there is a clear lack of procedure in place to make sure they are checking everything they need to for the customer. And now I still don't have a couch for my new apartment.

Bought a table and when I got back home found there were no screws inside. Called the next day and someone send they would send me the screws. 10 days later and still no screws, called to find out they hadn't been sent. 10/10 would recommend opening the box in your car before leaving.

Low quality stuff that sells for way too much than what its worth. But the people who work there are nice.

Helpful and friendly staff. Prices ended up being less than I expected!

Went in to buy patio furniture. They weren't able to process that day and said to come back tomorrow and that they will hold. We go back the next day and after wasting our time having us wait, indicated they had sold it earlier in the day. Totally unprofessional and did nothing to compensate or rectify.
