They had exactly what we needed and the price wasn't too bad. We ordered an item and were given a delivery date 2 months into the future which we were fine with. The item arrived a month early. Happy surprise. They have a great selection and the staff are nice. We will be heading there again in the future.

Good store, decent stuff and prices. People are easy to work with. My main complaint is the order time. I bought a bed and was told it'd take a month. A month has passed so I called in for an update and the item is further backordered until next month, so a two month wait for something. That's pretty silly if you ask me. To be fair, I ordered a king sized bed but I understand this stuff is made in India and the head office is Montreal so don't expect rapid back order filling.

The products are interesting and different. We liked and bought two very different floor lamps that were easy to assemble (looks like most of their items are flat pack). They would have been four stars but neither item was in stock. The price was about what \i would expect to pay for this quality.

Structube is a really great store. Helpful staff. I've been in many times and always had people approach to help. Recently, I ordered and bought a beautiful sectional couch. The ordering process was easy. The couch itself is great! Super durable and comfy. The only thing I was disappointed with was the delivery service Structube uses. Though the company works around your work schedule for a drop off time, they literally come in drop off the package(s) and leave. They don't unwrap the product or anything. I found that extremely frustrating. The packaging is dust covered and dirty, with plastic, styrofoam, and cardboard. A lot of work. Other than the delivery company, Structube is a great store and I will be shopping there again.

Ordered several pieces. Loved them all. Great service. Excellent product. Timely delivery. Extremely satisfied. Will definitely shop there again and again.
