Hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my lifennTom, Ryan, and Spencer Dartmouth Crossing Canadian Tire.nnI had an issue with a brand new snow blower I just bought 2 days prior. We just got completely dumped on with snow and this left me super stressed and frustrated. What happened after I called the store is something I will never forget.nnSpencer and Ryan came to my HOUSE!! Not just a phone call, not a “bring it back”, they showed up in my driveway and did everything they could to make it right. They were calm, patient, respectful, compassionate and genuinely cared about solving the problem. They didn’t rush, they didn’t make excuses and they never once made me feel like I was the problem. The situation was complicated and frustrating and they were still determined to do all they could to solve my problem.nnThis was exceptional, above and beyond customer service that I never expected to receive. Dartmouth crossing is incredibly lucky to have these staff members, and I will be a customer for life because of them.nnI didn’t deal with Tom a whole lot but wanted to mention him because he was a complete gem of a person for the short time I spent with him during my purchase.nnThanks again for everything you did to make a bad situation good!

I had a great experience at the returns desk thanks to Balpreet. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Returns can sometimes be stressful, but she made everything quick and easy while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Balpreet went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and her customer service truly stood out. Canadian Tire is lucky to have her!

Every single time I'm in this store they approach me about credit cards. When I politely say no thank you, they proceed to push their credit card and insist they have deals and it'll help you save. You need to learn what no thank you means. I should not have to decline your credit card more than once. I enjoy in store shopping but makes me never want to set foot in a Canadian Tire if I'm constantly being asked if I want your credit card. Staff are friendly but inattentive. Talking amongst themselves while you wait at the self checkout for an attendant.

Shout-Out to the Dartmouth Crossing Team nnI want to take a moment to recognize three outstanding staff members at the Dartmouth Crossing store who turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience.nnI had purchased an item that unfortunately had an issue, and from the very first interaction, the team impressed me:nnTom – The first person I spoke to on the phone. He was friendly, polite, and immediately knew how to direct me to the right place for help.nnAlexander – In the online order section, Alexander was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to assist me with my issue and made sure I understood how and where to return before the call ended and I headed back to the store.nnAnton – Also in online orders, Anton went above and beyond. He helped me return a heavy item, opened the package to ensure I was satisfied with the replacement, and even loaded it securely onto my truck. His cheerful and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air during a busy, stressful time of year. He didn’t rush, and he made sure everything was handled properly before I left.nnAll three of these employees created an experience that stood out. Too often, you walk into stores where staff seem eager to move customers along quickly, but this team showed genuine care and professionalism.nnI truly hope the store manager and the rest of the staff see this recognition.
