Canadian Tire

I had my best experience ever today when I went to refill a new propane tank that I purchased at Canadian tire in Dartmouth Crossing. The individual that waited on me, his name was Wisdom. He was the most pleasant, funny and helpful person. I think I’ve ever dealt with. He was very good at his job and very good customer service thank you very much Wisdom.

So, I have to acknowledge the seemingly short staffing at the service/ parts counter, even though they seemed to manage on a Sunday afternoon. 3.5 But I have to give a five For the service Abhayjeet Gave me with testing my old battery and finding me a new one. He took the time needed to be thorough and provide great customer service, I never felt rushed. As well as, filling the new one up for me and readying it before purchase.. Probably my first review ever for Canadian tire but was very appreciative of the service he gave me.. thank you ABHAYJEET

Every single time I'm in this store they approach me about credit cards. When I politely say no thank you, they proceed to push their credit card and insist they have deals and it'll help you save. You need to learn what no thank you means. I should not have to decline your credit card more than once. I enjoy in store shopping but makes me never want to set foot in a Canadian Tire if I'm constantly being asked if I want your credit card. Staff are friendly but inattentive. Talking amongst themselves while you wait at the self checkout for an attendant.

We just got completely dumped on with snow and this left me super stressed and frustrated. What happened after I called the store is something I will never forget.nnSpencer and Ryan came to my HOUSE!! Not just a phone call, not a “bring it back”, they showed up in my driveway and did everything they could to make it right. They were calm, patient, respectful, compassionate and genuinely cared about solving the problem. They didn’t rush, they didn’t make excuses and they never once made me feel like I was the problem. The situation was complicated and frustrating and they were still determined to do all they could to solve my problem.nnThis was exceptional, above and beyond customer service that I never expected to receive. Dartmouth crossing is incredibly lucky to have these staff members, and I will be a customer for life because of them.nnI didn’t deal with Tom a whole lot but wanted to mention him because he was a complete gem of a person for the short time I spent with him during my purchase.nnThanks again for everything you did to make a bad situation good!

I had a great experience at the returns desk thanks to Balpreet. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Returns can sometimes be stressful, but she made everything quick and easy while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Balpreet went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and her customer service truly stood out. Canadian Tire is lucky to have her!
