I find that this location has a core group of long-term employees who have considerable expertise in their department. This is invaluable when undertaking a project. These staff give this location a significant advantage over other chains and even other Home Depot locations. Weekends can be very busy and this makes it more difficult to connect with a staff member. If you need detailed assistance, consider off peak times. This store is similar to most other Home Depots. Clean, well stocked, garden centre, extensive tool rentals, custom cutting and so on. Large parking lot and easy access.

I went to get door pulls. They had a great selection in tons of finishes. Found some that I really liked and that fit my budget

I enjoy shopping here for most of my materials and tools, they have a pretty decent selection of what I'm looking for most of the time. The only thing is that I'm an electrician and I but a lot of pot lights here for smaller jobs, they always have pot lights that have clearly been used, damaged severely and returned, I can't believe they actually allow that stuff to be returned for one and put back on the shelf. Other than that I've always had a very pleasant experience here

Huge shoutout to Wayne at Home Depot Country Hills. We had a minor renovation project but we had no idea where to start. My husband went to the store and Wayne was so very helpful! Awesome customer service! Home depot is lucky to have an employee like him! Way to go Wayne, thank you so much!!!

Most of the time you find what you are looking for. Place is not too crowded. Convenient location.
