Smooth Delivery, but Missing Purchase RecordnnOrdering the refrigerator was effortless, and the delivery team did an excellent job, even relocating my existing fridge without any hassle. However, since the purchase, the item has disappeared from my order history, which has been a major frustration. I’ve contacted customer service at least six times, but the issue remains unresolved.nnWhile I’m pleased with the product and delivery, I’m concerned about potential warranty issues, as I currently have no access to the purchase record. I hope this doesn’t lead to complications down the road. A more reliable system for tracking online purchases would be appreciated.

I want to give a very positive review to Jay supervisor who helped me with a problem I was having with an on-line order for a Toro snowblower. My order seemed to be stuck at the warehouse and was not getting shipped. I checked on line and the Home Depot at Country Town Square showed 4 units in stock. I took my paperwork to the customer service desk at this store and asked for a manager and Jay was right there. He followed up on the internet order and checked the store inventory which showed the 4-units in stock. Without hesitation he refunded my internet order amount, offered an additional discount on one of the in stock units and I was 100% looked after in under 10 minutes!nI am extremely please with the service I received!!!

Worst customer service provided by the Cashier name Lily, I had a back pain and asked for the help to load drywall but she denied and said we can’t do it. When I said Home Depot is known for their good customer service then she said go get help from somewhere else but I won’t send anyone to help you. I am a pro extra member and buy in thousands $ every month and this is my very first time I am receiving this customer service. Never recommend anyone to come to this home depot.

I reserved a carpet cleaner at this location a week ago. Last night, I received a confirmation email for my reservation, only to receive a cancellation email shortly after. I rebooked for a different time, and again, I first received a confirmation followed by another cancellation. When I called to inquire about this, the representative I spoke to was incredibly dismissive. As I tried to explain the issue, she abruptly interrupted me with a rude response, simply saying they had no carpet cleaners available, without any attempt to listen or apologize.nnIn contrast, when I called the Chinook Home Depot, the associate there was polite, professional, and confirmed my reservation without any issues. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect, and a simple, courteous response acknowledging the inconvenience would have made a big difference. I hope this location will work on improving their customer service approach.

We have gone here a number of times for tools and supplies for projects and have always been able to find what we need for reasonable prices. Assistance from staff has also been helpful and we've been treated kindly. Andrii specifically was great today, made our trip to the store that much better and was very helpful!
