5 Days after purchasing my M12 Stubby Impact, it stopped working. A quick call to milwaukee told me to return it to the store i bought it from. I purchased it from Sarcee location and when attempting to return it they had no stock so I was told to head to country hills to return it. At country hills the return clerk told me he wasnto call a “hardware associate” who explained to me that the fact the tool was dirty andni didn’t have the original box they would be unable to warranty it. I’ve never had this issue returning my tools until today.nnWhile i understand Home depot can refuse any return, this is absurd. I will be avoiding this location for all tool and home purchases from now on. Unreal the associate expects our TOOL to be mint clean.nnPictures attached are of said “dirty tool” Blocked SN as in process of exchanging the tool, but the SN is very clear as the tool has had 4 work days on it
This morning, I visited Home Depot to purchase materials for my home renovation. Upon entering, I politely asked an employee named Kit where the washrooms were located. Her response was snide and sarcastic, saying, “Well, where it says washrooms.”nnI expressed that her tone was unnecessary, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, both she and her manager doubled down on the rude behavior.nnAs a long-time Home Depot customer, I was shocked and disappointed. Respect and courtesy should be the baseline for customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I’m treated with basic human decency.
Neeto helps me get through the return process in a really smooth way, she is a really polite and kind lady I would say, 5 out of 5!
Thank you to Sanita and Dave for going above and beyond to help us. They were able to provide the faucet part immediately, saving me a trip back to my condo to retrieve the old part for an exchange. I always have a great experience at Home Depot—thank you again!
I have been a customer of this location for 17 years however i never felt it different than what I felt during my recent experience. I politely requested a staff member if she can help with the payment process such a minor thing when she was not attending any customer and she responded very rudely and directed me towards check out area for payment and another senior staff member responded in the same manner. They told me that this store has recently got a new management and they brought their own policies. They both refused to help. This is not an experience I used to have and I told them that they used to process payment at that counter in the past but they did not change their attitude for a second. Therefore I did not feel belong to this store anymore. I hope the store management pay attention to this matter and train their staff for a better customer experience or they would continue to lose more customers as I decided to stop going to this location moving forward.
