Rona has great supplies and products that we cannot find at other warehouse stores. The few staff that's working there provides excellent service and are knowledgeable. However, the shortage on staff at the til and returns was not a pleasant experience. I was in line for almost 25 minutes for a return and the frustrated customers are leaving the stores because they can't get help. The poor cashier was by herself getting screamed at by irritated customers. If customer service continues to be lacking, this business will not survive. This store has so much potential but needs better management.

I was there this morning and we were in the outdoor furniture area with my kids waiting for my husband. My kids were on the swing and sitting, though their voices are a bit loud, an associate from the customer service came and shouted at them at a distance which I did not appreciate at all!! I want to confront her but I do not want to cause a scene. They should have put a sign on the swing not to sit!!! She should come closer and talk to me of what's the problem instead of yelling at my kids to stop.. I did not get her name but I will never forget her face. She should not yell on my kids like that at all..not happy with her.

Mark in the paint department was amazing. The paint department was quite busy and it was just him working. He helped everyone in a timely matter and answered all our questions. He did a great job multitasking and helping more than one customer at a time. He was very kind, fast, and efficient. Thank you for helping us pick out the correct paints for our baby's bedroom. Mark made our experience at rona great, and we will definitely be coming back to this location because of him.

Gotten an exalent deal on 8 gallons of stain for a lady's fence

Very helpful team and a very helpful Individual at the Electronic section was there to buy the Over the range microwave and he helped tremendously.nThat's why I go to rona they take pain and give u good advise.nSorry I missed his name but guy with glasses and a French beard little one amazing workernKeep up the good work.nAlso the counter lady at the customer service on 6th Oct at 9.15 am amazing lady thank you both of them were amazingnPlease say thank you from our side
