The Home Depot

We wanted to select a hardwood floor design for our house and didn't know which one to pick. Susan at the flooring and decor section eagerly helped us through the process, and she was clearly very knowledgeable about the subject. She patiently guided us until finally we decided on our favourite design (tried it in the living room and we absolutely love it!). We are always pleased with the quality of customer service at this location, and will definitely come back again in the future!

My past experience with Home Depot stores are usually satisfactory, but not this time to find a simple door guard replacement here. After looking for 5-10min by myself at the lock department but failed to locate it, then I asked a staff standing at that aisle. She directed me to the next aisle. After searching through this aisle and again not finding it. I asked another staff walking pass. He suggested me to find another staff of this department and showed me where he was. I talked to this third staff, but he was not showing me where I could find the door guard, but told me I need to buy a new item, not any parts to fix my broken guard. He was totally not listening to my need, but judging by his own thought. Luckily, the second staff at this time shouted to me and pointed to me the item I needed in front of him! I would say the services I received was not professional at all. Wish the department manager can help improving the customer service in the future, even my experience this time might only be a random case, not representing the whole team's normal good quality work.

Great service, knowledgeable staff and Jerry went above and beyond to help us communicate with the manufacturer!! Kudos to Jerry at appliances!!

I pretty much live here now. It’s not so bad. Dad has been talking about water heaters for half an hour. We didn’t come here for a water heater. This sales guy is a saint. ETA: they have free wifi

It's a home depot. Pretty friendly staff, had lots of luck here. My son was fascinated by the equipment for rent.
