This the best Home Depot service I ever had. I have been forced into becoming my own general contractor is. Everyone of the 5 people I met were excellent and patient with a novice. Dev the flooring employee stayed with me entire time to make sure I got right stuff. Ryan the assistant manager. I felt so positive about the visit that I wrote down the names of all the employees bur unfortunately lost receipt. The fellow who helped me loading was excellent. There was a customer that was struggling and together we helped her later learning she was visually impaired.
My Ryobi weed walker broke, their customer service guy helped me get warranty number and I called in store to learn it wasn’t covered. Jose helped me find a similar product that was on sale, Janet helped me at the front with a crying babe and manager Andy gave me a discount since replacing the item only 2 years later. Then I was immediately helped to carry the item to my car. Very pleased with the service!
Clean, very friendly staff , the main reason I come here is that I can bring my dog in with me, and although it’s smaller than the average Home Depot it’s got everything I need. There is an absolutely lovely lady working in the countertop section that helped out a lot.nnHowever, there was a system glitch there and somehow multiple times my countertop order did not get submitted to the countertop place and Home Depot had no record of me paying for the countertops so I had to go all the way home and get my receipt and bring it back in. Dealt with this multiple times. The lady at the countertops was nice enough to talk to the department manager and get me a little discount on my backsplash. But since the counter didn’t come in time, i wasn’t able to rent my condo out before I had to leave town and lost a lot of money. These mistakes that took weeks to fix, and actually get my order put through cost me thousands of dollars in lost rent. Maralin in the countertop department did everything correct and did all she could but Home Depot’s systems failed me.nnEdit : I finally got my countertops, and I hate them, the way they are cut and jointed, The wood pattern doesn’t match up. Ended up just having to buy peel and stick countertop stuff off of Amazon to cover them up. But the joint was showing through. It made a crease in the peel and stick stuff. So I just ripped them out and threw them a way ony a day after install, picked up some particleboard to lay out on the cupboards and covered that with new peel and stick and now it looks fabulous.nnComplete waste of money.nnWell, it’s been I think about seven months now and no one has bothered to address this issue from Home Depot so I’m editing and changing my review to a one star, I wish I could do less than one star. I’m now the manager of my condo building and will be doing a lot of work around here, starting with repainting the inside and the outside, and adding some nice trim in the hallways, and I will be buying the paint and trim from Rona. Everything I need for the building from now on will come from Rona.
Most of my interactions at this location have been good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking lot could use some work but they are obviously hindered by space. I had one issue come up and Ralph the store manager handled it personally….which I appreciate.
Unbelievably great service at this store to which are am now 100% committed for all my renovation purchases. Huge thanks to Andy and Todd for their above and beyond customer service.nnTwo years ago I purchased two Delta tubs, one of which was missing a base support. I went to the manager at Marlborough HD who said if it's over 90 days you're on your own. After spending the whole day on the phone getting nowhere with Masco/Delta I went to this store out of desperation. These two gave me the piece I needed so I didn't have to throw away a new tub.nnI won't shop at Marlborough again, however I do appreciate it being taken seriously at this store. Thank you, again.
