RONA

Clean store, was easy too find and employee for help. Unfourtantly they werent able to find my item despite the web saying they had a fair amount of them.

We bought a Grillpro bbq on Sept21st. We had to put it together so we did that Sat Sept 23rd. The starter did not work but we got it going with lighter. After turning it off, it would not start again. Tried to return it today and the manager refused because it was used. It NEVER worked and I will NEVER buy anything from RONA again. Pls beware!

Hands down this is the least useful home improvement store in the city. It's not really their fault, since the building is the size of a Denny's. I'd go here for garbage bags and AA batteries, but nothing else. There's another Rona about a 10 minute drive from here that's full-sized, and you'll just end up driving there anyway.

While the selection is NOT as diverse as the bigger format stores, the PRODESK is AMAZING to quickly help on larger wood/lumber orders. The popcorn is a nice treat as well.
