Lady Di helped us today at first she was a little odd but she was just a helpful older lady who's very very good at her job and knows what shes doing. Honestly I would come back to this location just to see her, she reminded me of my feisty loving grandma. Thanks for the enjoyable experience miss lady Di love your accent

Found what I went in for. However would have liked if there was selection choice. There was only one brand and one variety.

First employee/rep provided wrong directions to product in store then second rep walked me to correct aisle but gave short statement about product but got involved with another customer before I had the opportunity to ask a question. Poor manners. What's wrong with saying excuse me or I'll be back to you in a moment or are there any questions i can answer for you or...get my drift? Thank you for listening.

1000 team members on the sales floor having side conversations, that stare at you as you pass them. One would assume the staring would be followed by a greeting but to no avail. Customer service training would be great for this location.
