WARNING.... DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AGREEMENT FROM SEARS/ASSURANT!!!! Purchased a 5yr extended warranty on a new LG French Door refrigerator. After several days a repairman was sent out and told me the compressor, blower, and evaporator needed to be replaced, and refilled with refrigerant. Four days later, I was told parts were just ordered and should arrive in 10 business days. Also, the food loss reimbursement is a complete fail. Talked to a Assurant representative each day, over the pass 6 days, and was told each time that I would receive an email the next business day with instructions on how to itemize and submit documentation for Food Loss Reimbursement. I still have not received an email. Will call again today.

Won't warranty anything and very rude customer service! Won't shop here again! I'll take my business to someone that has better customer service!

Do not buy Craftsman if it starts to get rusty they will not replace it
