Disappointing visit today. Asked a young lady (sitting on a stool) if they had tennis balls. She said maybe in aisle 6. I searched none there. I went back to have her order them for me. She replied: our warehouse is out. This store was A.C.E., then ACO, now GL Ace. They have always carried tennis balls, at least for 40 years. I walked to leave the store and soon spotted a box of loose tennis balls for dogs. I called to the young lady, here they are. I go to the register and the cashier asks me if I want a bag. Really, think! Do I want to shove them in my pockets. Duh! Work on some customer service. My next visit will be at Clarkston Ace Hardware. They actually have customer service. So sad to see these Great Lakes Ace Hardwares failing miserably.

Great place to get something on the quick Ness. Instead of driving all the way to other "place". Great staff
