I love this lowes! I get the best customer service when I'm there!! They have great employees, there is kathy, joan, wendy, haley, christina, sabrina, kevin! Thank you  for being such a pleasant crew to be around and going above for mewhen it comes to my plant obsession!! and making me feel part of your family there, and by the way all of my plants are doing great! Lowes delivery and installation is an absolute joke. 3 trips to my house to level our new refrigerator and stove. They told me that it could not be fixed and that i needed to send it back. They didn't even take the bottom piece off nor did they have a tool. My contractor had it fixed in 5 minutes!!! Oh then they tell me that my stove is level...it is clearly not level. Very disappointed to say the least

IDK if they have a new manager or directive to engage with customers but, I just picked up something and no less then 3 associates asked if I needed anything. Plus when I checked up 2 employees thanked me for stopping in. Then…. In the parking lot 2 more employees were helping to load a car, they saw me and thanked me for stopping in.nnI actually thought I was on a hidden camera show just to see my reaction.nnSo I say to this Lowes… thank you for making me feel appreciated and valued. IT WORKED!

I absolutely love that Lowes has a clearance section in the paint department. The biggest issue that I have is that when they have oops paint that they are trying to sell don't make them into colors that are so bad that no one would want to buy them. I do a lot of painting and I always like to go to home Depot and check out the oops paint that they have.. I noticed that Lowes has more clearance items to offer then the other place.nMy suggestion would be to make the colors not so yuck when people return their paint.

Service personnel were friendly, but I wanted a seasonal product that was on a pallet on the top shelf. I was told that it could not be brought down at this point in time. I went to Home Depot, and they immediately closed the aisle, commandeered a stand-up forklift, and brought my product down.
