I work next door to a Lowe's in Rochester Hills, but I drive out to this one because the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've always found a person to help quickly. The other Lowe's has lines because no one is at a register, yet 5 of them will walk by doing nothing. This Lowe's always has enough employees working, and they are all nice. Only thing about Lowe's as a whole, is their pricing. Not always the best deals.

I've used this place dozens if not hundreds of times since it opened. Not every interaction was perfect, of course. Lowe's staff is generally less knowledgeable than HD or Menard's, but their selection is generally better and they're more willing to deal on close-outs, floor models and the like. My wife is always happy with the plants in the garden area.

Went in there to return a shark bite connection I bought the day before with a gift card from lowe's. When I get to the return desk I realize I do not have the receipt! Well they cannot bring up my purchase from one of their own gift cards! To add insult to injury they supposedly cannot give store credit on this item! So all my remodeling stuff will be purchased from Home Depot or Menard's!!! I'm redoing my Master Bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Plus in the summer I'm adding a third bedroom! So that revenue can go to your competitors now!!!

Although we didn't have the best luck with appliances; Kevin (the manager) and the appliance department did a wonderful job getting our issues resolved!! I will definitely recommend this Lowes to anyone in need of new appliances. Thank you for taking the time and making everything great!!

I really hate not to give this store five stars. I've never got anything but excellent service from them.My only complaint is we recently remodeled our kitchen and put it all on our Lowes charge card and I guess we didn't pay attention to the fine print. On a $6000 charge our interest each month was over $300. That"s outrageous if you ask me, i will never use my charge there again.
