Great tools at great prices. I get my garage jacks and stands from here and they are the best. Power tools always have sales going. Many US Made tools here. Staff is very helpful with finding what you need. They will help load vehicles as well. Very good customer experience!

My favorite tool store in the world. They do not carry any low quality tools. Literally every product is robust and reliable. No harbor freight balogna. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the tools, yes you can find everything cheaper but you won't get the quality. Every visit I find something on sale for my tool box for a great deal. I would recommend this tool store to anyone and everyone. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, professional and polite even if you aren't quite sure what you're looking for. Great price, but dealing with this company is not worth the savings. Placed a web order 9/22, for a product listed as in-stock. Product did not arrive as expected - I was not notified of a backorder or delay at any point. Called both toll-free and local customer service numbers to ask about it in early October. Left a voicemail with toll-free. It was never returned. Local line disconnected me without voicemail. Product did not ship until 10/12. "Tracking link" does not bring up tracking information, just redirects to the performancetoolcenter order details page. Called again today, redirected to voicemail as previously. If the product is delayed further or arrives damaged, I'll update this post. Otherwise, you can assume all worked out well in the end.
