Burke Lumber Do it center

Expensive. Bought a piece of drywall for eleven dollars and change. Big box is less than eight for the same thing. Then I see the other reviews that state that they are being charged a restocking fee? Must have a buyer for the property and don't care. Last time for me!

Its all good until you need to return something. Bought a bunch of Easy Track closet items. Went to return unopened items and was shocked to get charged 10%. Sure fire way to turn away repeat business! I guess I will go back to the big-box stores where they don't do this to their loyal customers.

Want to support local businesses. But, the people running this place are rude & sheisty charging me a return fee for an exchanging. telling me my exchange material was more expensive that's why it's more $. No it's because u charged me a load fee for a return that I loaded originally & unload the a next day on return. If they didn't play games like that & we're friendly I would't mind paying 30 percent more just for the convenience. Sorry Burke I gotta go..drive 15 miles out of my way to get some building supplies. But worth it!
