I walked in, felt a bit dizzy and almost threw up, so I had to leave. Explain how you knew I was there. Who has access to this personal information? You? Who are YOU? I give the store 5 stars but 10 stars for a worker there named Angelica! I may spell the name wrong but on the night of 11/29/17 she proved what being a good retail worker and good customer service is all about! Never mind just being a good human. The story is way to long to type out but after being passed around to 2 other people who seemed confused and not capable of doing their jobs, she got on the phone, Calm, direct, helpful, just NICE. She helped me with a $150 reindeer I bought online drove 50miles (100 total) to pick up, put half together and found the other half (the head) to be broken. Knowing I had to drive another 100 miles to get this new head would normally have pissed me off, I felt calm, and reassured that the night was going to end in well Because Angelica made me feel that way. She helped to so much, taking her time even with my awful cell phone reception. She didn't get annoyed she just had more patients. She was so happy and bubbly, and I knew even before she told she had a child that she was a mom just the way she handled herself. She is what every employee should be. She is what every employee should strive to be. I believe she should at the least be employee of the Month if not the Year! And I hope her Manager sees this! If you need help call that store and asked for Angelica! If she was there when I picked up my new Reindeer head I would have not only Thanked her but offered to give her a large Tip or gift for being so great. But I could tell the type of person and employee she is she would have denied that and said, she was just doing her job.

Why can't the floor staff ever ask if you need any help. Every time I go there its the same thing, the staff will walk by having conversations with each other about their personal life as I were invisible. Then there's never any staff at the registrers except the contractor and self checkouts. I hope someday big business goes out of style and the home town lumber yard and hardware store returns.

Jennifer and Mickey in the appliance department were so nice and helpful. They took the time to make my buying expeience a very pleasant one.
