Bottom line, this Lowe's is one of the best I've visited. I've visited this store on several occasions and I've always had good experiences. Recently, I had such a good experience that I felt the need to write a review. I was looking for a specific item that was available online at Home Depot, but not in the store. Being a military member, I was seeking a military discount for the items I intended to purchase (mostly because the items together carried a hefty price tag). Home Depot does not currently offer a military discount for items ordered online, only items in store. Frustrated, I left Home Depot and headed to Lowe's to try my luck. I went to the customer service counter and Ashley quickly greeted me and started answering my questions. Lowe's does give a military discount for items ordered as long as you have a My Lowe's account that is registered for having a military discount. This is a quick process that you can do online at home. Ashley patiently took the time to help me locate all the items I was looking for in their inventory and price matched each item (every item save for one was cheaper at Home Depot). After price matching the items and with the military discount, Lowe's saved me $80. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. This is all I can ask for from a customer service representative. As a representative of Lowe's... she done good. Will I visit Lowe's in Waterford again? Absolutely.

Bought a refrigerator from them. I had to purchase it before 7 p.m. in order to have it delivered by the next day so I did so around 10 a.m. They were supposed to call between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to setup a time for delivery....did not get a call...this was Friday. I called the store at 6 a.m. to find out why I was not called and was told delivery would be between 10:30 and 12. Then I was told 9 a.m., 9 a.m. came and went so at 11:30 I called and was told in the afternoon. I then received a generated message it would be between 3 and 5. They are supposed to call a half hour before delivery and it is 4:45 now.....not looking good for 5.....never buying anything that needs to be delivered again..EVER !!!

Great experience. Found an employee right away who helped find a flat cart, offered to load the heavy purchase, put it into my car and brought the cart back in. That's great service that's not always expected at the big stores. Thank you !

Great experience today. They'r cut up my sheets of plywood very nicely and at no additional charge so they could fit in my car.

Very happy with best buy online ordering and delivery. Returns are seem less also. Excited about new Samsung range hood which be delivered directly to my house
