The Home Depot

Some staff here are very helpful and have lots of knowledge, Prices are decent and a large variety of things. Finding products can be difficult and there are usually only self checkouts, which I don't personally like. A cool thing is that they do host events sometimes such as events to show how to do things and even make and take crafts. I think they also have a place to drop off hazardous waste for recycling (like batteries light bulbs ect)

I find myself going back to the store sometimes daily, weekly. I keep forgetting to actually get this little screw or this thing i need etc. I should really do a list of my Home Depot need to get list but sometimes I just enjoy just walking around and finding things that I might inspire me to start another Home Project. I should really stop going to this Home Depot's. My experience with this particular one is finding staff and asking for help could be challenging at times. But overall good friendly staff if you can find them to help you

We are regulars at this location, always have a pleasant experience while visiting. Honestly, the nicest, easy to approach and friendly worker there is the manager Mo. Mo has went beyond customer satisfaction and has assisted us with open arms. Mo offers suggestions and opinions in what he believes is right and takes time to ensure we understand Everything required l. Thank you for all your help Mo, we appreciate it. From Ruby and family.

Customer Service - Top marks!!! Had to make an exchange, couldn't find my receipt, team took care of me right away, no challenge, no interrigation etc.... Also while at the store i was browsing the moulding section for an upcoming project. A gent by the name Raza approached my wife and I to see if we needed any help... Think about the last time that happened during your shopping exp..... He realized i was a bit of a rookie when it came to this project and went out of his way to take the time and explain what it is i need and should look out for. He was well aware i wasn't going to make a purchase on this day as i am in my early discovery phase, however he took the time, made the investment to provide me knowledge. I will surely be back to do my shopping here once i have all the details for my project. Hats off to this team,.....bye bye CT & Lowes.
