I received above and beyond service at this Home Depot location yesterday when I was looking for a replacement dishwasher on an early Sunday afternoon. I stumbled upon a lovely Appliance Associate Patrick L. who was very patient and helpful in resolving my issue. He was attentive, very thorough and ran through the whole process with me regarding next steps once my order was placed. It also helped that he had experienced a similar tricky situation/issue with a past customer about a half a year ago. He didn't have to nor was it asked, but he decided to take the extra step to look through his database to see how a similar situation was handled in the past before recommending me on the same. I am very grateful to have him take the time to help me out on this order. I would have been completely lost without him, uncomfortable in placing my dishwasher order and unfamiliar with the next steps. He further suggested that I pick up a dishwasher water supply line connection kit to have ready on hand in case this was needed by the installers onsite. His dedication, patience, and expertise definitely did not go unnoticed and led me to having a very positive experience here. I highly recommend him to help you out on any appliance requests, questions or concerns.

I went here for the first time to get the truck rental.nAnd the staff was very patient and friendly in answering all my questions, I had many.nThey were very clear and confident in answering my questions and at the same time were friendly.nWhen I went in it was such a pain-free transaction and amazing customer service.nI had spoken to a gentleman named Raj in the rental department and great service man, good choice in hiring the right people to Home Depot.nGreat job!!!

I just bought a washer from this location. Had an issue with delivery and installation. Had to call this store, very disappointed. Manager was helpless and was very rude. Poor customer service. He said if you don’t like call 1-800 number and return. The way he answered says that he doesn’t care. Very bad customer service. I will never buy appliances from Home Depot any more. Guy, please don’t waste your money and time. If you need major appliances, Costco is the best. Great customer service

I have been coming to this home depot for a while now and the customer service is amazing. There is one person in particular who always has the most information and spends the most time explaining everything so you know exactly what you need to do to make sure every project comes out amazing. That person is Sean he always has such a positive attitude towards everything. I know that I can ask him any question I have and it will be answered to the best of his knowledge and if he doesn’t know he will find out. Definitely will keep coming back because of him!

I had a wonderful experience at this home depot location. I’m in the process of revamping my living room and needed some assistance with paint selection. The employee working there, I believe her name was Priyanka was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the process on selecting the right products needed and she really helped me find a colour that really suited my living space. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what I needed and was satisfied with the colour I picked. I also saw her giving the same level of care to some other customers that went up to her after me. Very sweet girl. She really made my day!
