I stopped by this Home Depot location recently to pick up some supplies for a DIY project, and for the most part, it was a solid experience. The store is large, well-stocked, and organized in the way you’d expect from a major hardware retailer — everything from tools to lighting to seasonal outdoor items was easy to find, and there was plenty of staff around to help if needed.nnI spent a good amount of time browsing the lumber section, where they had a wide variety of wood types and sizes. Prices were fair, and most of what I needed was in stock. I also noticed their gardening section was freshly stocked for the season, with lots of soil, planters, and live plants in good condition. It’s clear the store is maintained well, and I appreciated how clean and navigable the aisles were.nnHowever, the one big downside was the wood-cutting station. I needed to have a few pieces of lumber cut to size — nothing complicated — but unfortunately, none of the three cutting machines were operational. I was told they were all out of order, which was disappointing and a bit frustrating. This meant I had to load up the full-size pieces into my car and drive to the next closest Home Depot just to get the cuts done. Definitely not the end of the world, but it added time and hassle that I wasn’t expecting.nnThat said, the staff I interacted with were polite and tried to be helpful, even though they couldn’t do much about the equipment situation. It would’ve been nice to see at least one working saw available though, especially since it’s a service a lot of customers rely on.nnI’m giving this store 4 stars because overall it’s a good location — spacious, well-stocked, and well-managed — but it’s hard to give a perfect rating when something as essential as the wood-cutting station isn’t functional. Hopefully, they get that fixed soon!
I had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot location thanks to the amazing team! A special thank you to Mario, who kindly offered me a discount, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond—not only did he help me load the barbecue into my car, but he also assisted with moving a few other items. Such kindness and outstanding customer service are rare to find!nnThank you also to Gabriel, who helped bring the barbecue to the parking lot, and to Rachel, who handled the payment process smoothly and professionally.nnOverall, I’m truly grateful for the excellent service I received. This level of customer care makes a big difference, and I’ll definitely return to this Home Depot location because of it. Huge thanks again to Mario—you truly made my day!
I found an item in the discount section with a clearly marked low price. I picked it up to buy it, but when the cashier scanned it, they said it wasn’t that price. If it’s not that price, why was it placed in the discount section? This was clearly your company’s mistake.nnInstead of honoring the labeled price, you blamed it on a “staff error” and expected the customer to bear the consequences. Even worse, the manager’s “solution” was just a 15% discount off the original price, which felt like a way to brush me off. Is a big company like yours really that desperate to save a few dollars?nnWhat angered me most was that the mistake wasn’t mine, yet after I pointed it out, you quickly removed the item without asking me—almost like you wanted to destroy the evidence. In the end, I didn’t get the item at the labeled price, and the experience left me completely dissatisfied. Poor service and zero accountability. nnIf this is how you treat customers over your own mistakes, I can’t imagine how you handle bigger problems.

Went to get a large truck rental for a few hours.nBeen here once before and again amazing & friendly customer service, the consistency here in this department is commendable.nnI mean i wish all business could have those kind of employees, it just makes the customers day sometimes and goes a long way.nI hope those kind of people get a raise because you cannot buy that kind of attitude.nnGod bless those guys and thanks to the HR team who's doing a great job by adding just the perfect fit to the team.n
