Always great policies when it comes to returns. Customer service was excellent, they just needed some verification because we didn't have the bill. The store was clean and the staff was not too busy to assist us. The Home Depot just has the right enough of varieties to choose from.

Staff are great but lately, the 2x4, 2x6 wood quality is absolutely the worst I've seen. I've come in over five times to buy some wood for framing out some cabinet selves but all the boards are severely warped, twisted or both. Their suppliers are giving them the lowest quality wood. They need to step up their game or will loose a lot of customers.

Best Canadian service of all the home depots in Ontario. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
