Super helpful and polite staff. Everyone seemed eager to help customers. I needed some glass cut for a large painting frame. Michael was very knowledgeable in doing the measurements and completed the entire process from opening frame too retaping the painting inside. Great service. Michael was professional and friendly during the entire process. We definitely revisit location for help again.

Very convenient. Great employees. Just disapointed in the craftman hand tools exchange does NOT apply to older tools. They require a receipt for Ace. Humbug. And ive had bad luck with Ace drywall screws breaking.

What a worthless company! I will never step foot in another Frattalones business. I went there today to exchange 3 craftsman hand tools ( ace hardware carries craftsman) I was informed by the store manager they only honor craftsman warranty if you purchased the tool from Frattalones and had a receipt. Unbelievable, you carry a product and don't honor the warranty! I have tools older then that minium wage manager. And I don't have receipts for 20 year old tools. I wouldn't waste my bottled water on that store if it was on fire. I'm also contacting craftsman, since I believe this would be a breech of their contract.

I've never been in the store as we do not live in the area. Today I was picking up some shipping pallets at Lumbar Liquidators in Burnsville. I was having trouble securing the load with ratchet straps and had my two unhappy kids with me. I was getting quite frustrated with the situation, and then, out of nowhere one of your employees saved the day. He asked me if he could help and was so kind to not make me feel like a damsel in distress. I'm extremely independent so admitting I need help is hard for me. When he was finished I made sure i asked his name. Brandon is a wonderful person and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. We need more people like Brandon in this world.
