The weathermen said a storm was coming, and I had an order for concrete I couldn't cancel. Menards had 20' lumber to build a temporary shelter and some heavy duty reinforced plastic available in 20' x50'. I was grateful that when it didn't storm that Menards took back all unused material. Just one more reason that I really like doing business with Menards.

I too, experienced the "online inventory" problem that other users have reported. While there were 12 items showing "in stock" online, there were none on the floor. A team of helpful staff were able to look up the item and found the last ONE that I was able to purchase. So - one star for the online inventory inaccuracies - but five stars to the helpful staff. Also - this store just has the greatest selection of goods - beautiful patio furniture/outdoor items.

Considering it was black friday, about 30 mins before closing, shelves were stocked, when i did ask for a price the associate was helpful and checkout was fast but seemed pushy cause the register person kept pushing my items into a pile and made me dig items out to pack them. It may have been taken differently if there was a line of customers waiting but there wasn't. Overall it was an okay visit.

It was fine, I got what I needed. Although I do have one comment. Most of the people working on the floor are unfriendly. No one says hi or even smiles. And yet the ladies in the garden section are always friendly.
