Extremely poor customer service and no knowledge at all of what they stock or sell . I asked for a c clip  he brought me a pipe cutter I showed him the c clip found it on their website and told him it's also called a retaining clip ... he said he was certainthey dont have them without looking . As well I tried buying yellow rust paint ... they cldnt sell me any paint without a part number . Very disappointed with customer service and knowledge of their products

Poor customer service, these people are of no help what so ever.  Lazy  employees is what this adds up to !! I wont ever return!!!

I had a bad experience with Rymal Road location but great service on Burlington Street
