This was the worst JCPenny I have ever been to. The cashier was incredibly disrespectful, and when I wanted an item that didn't have a price tag she said I couldn't have it and there was no way to get a price til tomorrow. (Which is a lie, I've only been shopping at Penny's for about 15 years). When I asked to speak with the manager they left me on hold for 10 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Great Customer Service by Miss Ana Gomez. She and her colleague went the extra mile in servicing me in the Men's department and took real interest in meeting my needs. Thanks again.
