Stayed for hockey tournament, wonderful hotel, and staff. Nice clean rooms. And in a area with alot of stuff to do. We came in winter expecting there not to be much around. But a mall attached to hotel. Close to a big arcade for kids. Lots of bars and pubs around. Definitely recommend.
My husband and I didn't actually stay overnight at The Holman Grand, but we were there for work to run an Art Masterclass event, and I can't say enough good things about the experience!nThe event space itself was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, extremely neat, and nice and bright—which is exactly what the attendees needed to see what they were working on. The hotel staff was incredible and provided true premium service from start to finish. They were so attentive, checking in on us and making sure we had everything set up and that the event was running smoothly.nEven though we were just there for the day, they treated us with the same high level of care as their overnight guests. If you're looking for a professional, top-tier spot to host a meeting or event in Charlottetown, I highly recommend them. It was a fantastic venue for the class!
The hotel is beautiful and centrally located in the heart of Charlottetown. The rooms were perfect - nice, clean, and great views. The pool area is great and the kids loved the “little waterfall”. The staff were all wonderful and I have to give a special shoutout to Luke as we had a big group staying here and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Luke, for the wonderful stay and we all can’t wait to return!
Overall a very nice hotel, however the wifi connection is as terrible, no towels in the pool area after dinner time, and there is no parking included in your stay it is an extra fee. Beds were very comfortable, staff was great and location was lovely.
Edward who was working the front desk last night was so amazing! I called around 10:30pm due to kids being overly loud not in a “Karen” way haha because it was so loud it had woken me up and he dealt with it so quickly and effectively! It was so nice to feel heard and respect. Thank you Edward!!!
