This is for sure the nicest place to stay in Charlottetown. Beautiful rooms, nice views, right downtown. It’s dog friendly and the hot tub is great.nnI’m not sure if they’ve fixed it yet but when we stayed we had to find a spot on the street and it only allowed you to park in one spot for so long, so we had to wake up early in the morning to move the car to another spot and reserve that spot again with the hotspot parking app, which was pretty annoying.nnA few other downsides, the hotel is quite expensive. And the pool was full of kids splashing around and yelling so we could not enjoy it. So overall giving 4/5.nnOtherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come again.
Location is best, rooms are good, updated. No complementary breakfast rather no buffet breakfast. Bathroom is good. I really enjoyed staying in fort style hotel. Not very busy. If you want to see the Aurora ask for north facing room.
All good things to say about this hotel. Travelled here with a group of friends, staff was lovely and nothing but kind to us.nnThe room was amazing! Very spacious and clean!nnThe pool was very warm and the hot tub was awesome!nnThis is a perfect hotel, it’s right downtown and walking distance to everything. Not to mention that the streets all around are extremely clean, and very friendly.nnWill definitely be returning to this hotel!
This hotel was phenomenal! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and the most helpful.nnThe hotel was in the heart of everything, and it’s conveniently connected to the mall.nnThe room had all the amenities and were all modern. The housekeeping staff were efficient and quick in cleaning the room. We’d be out for breakfast and when we came back, the room was already cleaned and restocked.nnIf you’re looking to stay in Charlottetown, this is THE BEST hotel to be your accommodations.
The hotel is a nice place to stay however be warned about the temperature settings in their rooms. The rooms AC is set to not go below 19, the entire time we were there the lobby and outside the room was quite cool and nice. The moment we went into our room it would never reach 19 it would hover around 19.5 - 20 and was VERY humid. We asked staff multiple times to help fix it, they would reset/recirculate the air but said other then that there was nothing that they could do. The GM has put this temperature restriction in place as what seems like a cost saving measure. Based on the price of the room this is just ridiculous. I will not be staying here again based on this and would suggest if you enjoy a nice cold air conditioned room that you look elsewhere. Other then that the staff was great, hotel is clean, etc. but this AC situation made it uncomfortable to sleep.
