Stayed mid-October at this Delta hotel 2 nights in a 2 Queen, Water view room. Check-in was easy and essential to gain access to the parking additional fee garage under the hotel. Room was very nice. The water view was good. Did not dine at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, but did have drinks at the bar. The Bartender Marion went out of her way to make my wife a mudslide without a blender. The hotel is in a great location with access to Charlottetown Boardwalk. Many of the hotels and restaurants on the Island are seasonal making this hotel an excellent choice for fall visit to PEI.
Great service, really nice room and views. The staff was very kind and attentive .nThe only thing about the room was that they put us in a connecting room next to another family and through the door we could hear a baby crying every time, making it difficult to sleep. We could also hear them talking since there was no wall between us, but the door.nOther than that, everything else was great.
It was a great stay! Starting from welcoming receptionist and ending warm atmosphere. We spent one night only, but everything was absolutely great.
You can't beat the view of the harbor or Charlottetown in this hotel. My room on the water front had a great window seat that I sat on frequently, watching the boats and water. The hotel was clean, bed comfortable, and the breakfast included for our tour group was good. The pool here was great, long enough to actually swim laps! and the rest of the gym looked good. I always have issues with too much noise in hotel rooms, so I'm picky. Walls were a bit thin and the door to the hall could use some sound proofing put some thick weather stripping around the door to fill up the cracks?, luckily my tour group was fairly quiet.
