Had an exceptional stay here! The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out, with the staff going above and beyond to help. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect and made getting around so easy. Highly recommend!
Severe Misrepresentation & Construction Hazards.nnPaid $273/night for a premium stay but got an undisclosed construction site.nnMajor Property Issues:nNo Amenities: Pool, fitness center, and breakfast completely unavailable with zero warning.nActive Hazards: Hallways have plastic sheeting, windows bagged over, open ceilings with exposed studs, and hanging wires near exits.nAsbestos: Active asbestos abatement tape visible in guest hallways.nnRoom Defects:nFire Hazard: Nighttable outlet is extremely loose.nCosmetic Issues: Peeling paint on the bathroom walls.nPlumbing Issue: Broken shower head shoots a single gush of water.nnFailing to disclose these conditions while charging premium rates is unacceptable. Worth $100/night at best. They refused to reimburse because I waited too long, despite photos and a manager not being available on the weekend anyway.
These are the kindest staff I have ever met. They go above and beyond at every turn, and work with you to make sure you are fully accommodated! Centrally located you are 5 minute walk away from down town and the water front! So great!nnWe needed to leave vehicles there for a few months, and not only did they give us an amazing rate, but also held on to our keys for us in a secure location.nnThe Charlottetown Inn and Conference center is perfect for short and long term leisure and business stays, parking, and providing an example of what hotel staff should strive to be.nnIf you are looking for great service at the best price in Charlottetown this is the place for you!
We went to the beach, had lots of sand on our feet. I asked for them to at least sweep or vacuum so I don't track sand into the bed. But no the same pile was still there, therefore sand was in my bed. After they told me they would go and clean it, they did not. They don't like to clean in between while you're still there. We were there for 5 days and all they did was restock snacks which I appreciated but a dirty floor, dirty bed sucks. They don't like to clean in between while you're still there we are.
This was a terrible hotel. The rooms had a strong smell of deodorant that was ridiculous. The A/C unit did not cool the room at all. The hot water in the shower took almost 10 mins to get warm. The gym TV remote did not work. No manager on staff to answer any questions. The hotel is waste of money
