The Grand Hotel

As a wedding photographer, I got to photograph my first wedding at The Grand Hotel this year and would love to come back! The hotel itself is very unique with lots of options for photos. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the food was great. Definitely a great option for a medium sized wedding!

You won’t regret choosing the Grand Hotel as your wedding venue! We loved the venue for its uniqueness, and vintage romantic vibes. We also loved the idea of having our immediate family and wedding party stay there the night of, making things super easy. We had about 140 guests with no issues space wise. Steve is an absolutely gem and is so on top of everything. I was consistently amazed at how quickly he answered all my questions, from two years before our wedding, to the day of the wedding. He and all the staff were so incredibly accommodating to all our needs. Our guests also raved about Chef Jordan's food. He did a custom menu for us to accommodate our desire to have food that reflected our cultures. I would recommend this venue to any future couples!

We recently got married here, and we can't say enough good things about the venue & staff. Steve and his team are incredible - handling everything quickly and professionally, while being flexible and welcoming to any ideas or changes. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about the decor, atmosphere, food, service, and everything else in between. Any couple looking for a dream wedding, with care put into every detail, would be lucky to have it at The Grand Hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel in Carleton Place! Not only was the service top-notch, with staff going above and beyond, but the venue itself is an incredible spot for a wedding. The beautiful, elegant setting made the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone a lovely place to unwind. Highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for a truly special wedding venue!

Wow! Just Wow! What a great venue for my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding. While the setting was beautiful, what was really outstanding was the service. Such incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They truly made the event happen smoothly. Oh and the food was great too. Highly recommend.
