Rockhaven Mobile Home Park

Reviews filed in the last three months do not reflect the reality of living in Rockhaven Community. In May of 2022, a power outage left 80 residents in the community with No Water for 4 days. A letter was sent to Parkbridge about the need for a back-up generator for the two water pumps on site. Excerpts of that letter are as follows: "this was an unacceptable health and safety failure for which Parkbridge must bear responsibility. Parkbridge is fully aware that elderly people reside in Rockhaven. Without water and power, how do you think they survived these 4 days? Walking around the community during the daylight hours were people who were anxious, stressed and angry that Parkbridge was not servicing the community as it should. Why? Because not only did they have no power and no potable water, there was no non-potable water which is essential to avert a health crisis – no way to flush into their septic tank the sewage filling their toilets!" There has been no reply from Parkbridge corporate in Collingwood, Ontario to date!" This is not a community which I would rate highly for anyone else!

We agree with the Parkinson’s review. That is the only reason we would not give Rockhaven a five star! The water shortage and no flushing for toilet during 4 days of no hydro was unacceptable!

It is only a given that after the four-day water outage that a generator is a necessity. As a disabled senior it certainly added to the stress of being without such a basic need! I agree with Mrs Parkinson review.A very poor response to the issues, therefore my rating is very low.

I agree with Valery Parkinson regarding the power outage of May of 2022, and the request for a generator to supply water to the residence of Rock Haven community. No response from Parkridge has been received to date regarding this matter.

I agree with Valery Parkinson in regards to the power outage experience in May of 2022, and the need for a generator in Rockhaven Community to supply water to our homes during a power outage. Still no response from Parkbridge Corporation regarding the letter sent. I too, would not rate this community highly for others considering to reside here in the future.

I agree with Parkinson`s review it was a terrible time for us for the 4 days with no water to flush toilets or to drink.We need a generator for this park .

Best Residential Park in The Area. The Most Affordable.

Great place to live. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Clean and kept in good shape by Parkbridge. Gone down hill fast. Power outages, no water for days, pot holes and no help or answers from rockhaven or parkbridge. They are not answering anybody.

We have lived here over 14 years and found it pleasing.

Loved the small town flavor of the Park. Neighborhood is very friendly and people are helpful. Quiet and peaceful living for Seniors. You can see Deer and little rabbits running around. Very peaceful and happy place to live.
