We spent a night with my wife there for a 2018 New Year. Very clean, bright, spacious, quiet place. Very welcoming and friendly owner. Definitely recommend this place if you need to stay in Carleton Place.

Very welcoming and great staff. Felt like my own little appartment away from home eith all the perks of a hotel. They provided snacks along with great coffee and cream, ice and all the necessities for anything from an overnight to long term stay including maid service 😊 i would recommend the river breeze to everyone i know.

Very friendly owner. Beautiful views surrounding the hotel. Very close to main street. Park right across the street. Beach a few minutes walk. What not to enjoy.

Rooms are clean, equipped with a small kitchen and it's about 20 mins from Kanata
