Replaced my worn thin orthotics with new ones in a timely friendly helpful attitude! Staff is super! Good Feet has saved me!!! I arrived at their store in tears after 2 years of agony. They cured me! True story!
Tam was excellent. Knowledgeable and very fun loving. Took her time to explain every option and did not have any issues answering a million questions we threw at her. Indeed a very pleasant experience. Even the different types of orthotics were explained and demos were given perfectly.
I had avoided going to The Good Feet Store because my extended health coverage wouldn't cover any of the cost unless my orthotics came from a doctor. Having sore feet and being disappointed with my last pair of orthotics I thought I would give them a try, and I'm glad I did. Tam was great at making me feel comfortable and really took the time to explain and test everything. They are definitely more expensive up front then getting orthotics from the doctor, but with three different pairs for different types of shoes and a lifetime warranty, the cost averaged out over time isn't so bad. I'm still in my first couple of weeks of use, but my feet and hips are already starting to feel better.
I have never felt so relieved of pain. Tam Johnson, you are amazing at what you do. In under an hour Tam had both me and my brother fitted for support arches. I can't wait for the promised support calls she said she would make. All in all, The Good Feet Store in Surrey was a pleasant and comforting experience, thank you all.
I laughed and almost cried. Thanks to Tam and the staff at the Good Feet Store, in Surrey BC, I actually walked pain-free for the first time in almost 2 years!! The joy that brought me is unmeasurable and almost brought me to tears. I know it's just the beginning. I would recommend The Good Feet Store to anyone who is looking at improving not only how you walk but to becoming "normal" again Thanks Tam!
Tam was excellent with customer service. Unfortunately orthotics are not tax deductible unless they are made from a cast by a podiatrist. Regardless of that I love my orthotics! Tam did say it would take some time to improve my pain when walking. Thank you Tam!
I had a very positive experience with Tam from the Good Feet store. I originally bought my set of insoles in the US and when I needed one more insole Tam went out of her way to get that for me. The sizing of the insoles is different in Canada and Tam made a special order for me so that I got what I needed. Thank you Tam for going the extra mile!!
I’ve been having feet pain that rose all the way up to my upper back. Tam was super funny and awesome in educating me and making me aware of orthotics. I didn’t realize just how much posture in my feet would affect the rest of my body. She was super patient and did not push me to buy anything. I’ve never been to a store with high reviews, but after meeting Tam I know why. The people who work at Good Feet care for your well being. I walked happily out of there with supportive shoes as well as the best compression socks I ever wore. Super excited to walk with my new shoes as I have been on the search for a good pair for a few years now. Definitely realized today that your feet health matter a lot in your quality of life and is essential in investing money in. Growing up I always bought cheap shoes or ones that looked pretty, and gave myself blisters. Not worth it when years later you suffer from back pain, knee pain, and have swollen feet all the time. Even though it’s called the Good Feet store, I felt like I was in good hands haha. I’m planning on doing the sun run this year, and I’m glad I found these shoes just in time! Thanks Tam!
Yes, today I had an appointment at The Good Feet Store where I met Tam. She spent a little over an hour with me. The assessment of my problem of pain in my left foot after walking was thorough and well done. She was professional, friendly, patient and informative. I purchased a new pair of walking running shoes and the Good Feet 3-step system to use with all my footwear. Thank you Tam!
Tam was awesome. Informative, thorough and funny. They are expensive but worthwhile. There is a lifetime guarantee which is amazing since orthotics don't. I walked in with a sore foot from bad orthotics, and walked out without the nagging constant pain. If anyone is sitting on the fence like I was, there is a walking test that will tell you if this product will work for you like it does for me.
